This house in the center of Durham City is extremely spacious and very comfortable, and will provide you with an exceptional and exclusive home from home. We clean the communal areas several times a term, free of charge, and it has beautiful and abundant outdoor space with a large terrace for BBQs, sunbathing and socialising.

Every bedroom is a good size and has a proper double bed, with a top quality deep comfy mattresses. You’ll spend up to half of your time in this bed whilst renting your student house, so this is VERY important.

This house has an Aga providing a cozy warm heart to the home. It also makes a perfect drier for wet sports kit, is more energy efficient than a normal cooker and can reduce the central heating cost. There’s also a secondary cooker and hob for busy cooking times and as a backup.
